“On October 21, 2022, Tribal Rides International Corp., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), issued press release which announced that it has received notification from the Company’s market maker that the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) released its letter clearing the Company’s Form 211 application.”

Because of FINRA’s approval, the last warning sign associated with our stock will be removed and Glendale Securities will become our “Market Maker.”

We expect the name change for our stock ticker, XNDA, will be forth coming soon.
